Chicago's Uptown Neighborhood Celebrates The Lunar New Year
CHICAGO (CBS) -- The Lunar New Year celebration is on in Chicago's Uptown neighborhood.
The 40th annual parade kicked off Saturday afternoon at Argyle and WInthrop.
Despite the cold there were marchers, dancers and family friendly activities.
This is The Year of the Tiger. In Chinese lore the tiger symbolizes bravery, confidence and strong will even in times of struggle.
