Two Seriously Wounded In South Side Shooting
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Two men were seriously wounded in a drive-by shooting Sunday afternoon in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood on the South Side.
The two men were in the 7800 block of South Langley Avenue a few minutes after 4 p.m. when at least one gunman in a gray vehicle opened fire before taking off northbound, police News Affairs Officer Daniel O'Brien said.
One man, 29, was shot in the stomach and another man, 22, was shot in the leg, O'Brien said.
Both were taken in serious condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.
No one is in custody as Area South detectives investigate.
