Teen Boy Shot In Greater Grand Crossing Convenience Store
(STMW) -- A 15-year-old boy was shot inside a convenience store Saturday night in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood on the South Side.
The teenager and several other people were standing inside a convenience store in the 600 block of East 75th Street about 10:25 p.m. when another male entered the store and fired shots, police said.
The boy suffered gunshot wounds to the left side of his neck and his right knee, police said. He was taken to Comer Children's Hospital, where his condition stabilized.
