Shooting Shuts Down Bishop Ford Freeway In South Suburbs
DOLTON, Ill. (CBS) -- A shooting shut down the outbound Bishop Ford Freeway late Thursday.
The southbound Bishop Ford was closed between Dolton between Dolton Avenue and 159th Street following the shooting.
Officers were seen walking the roadway early Thursday evening.
Traffic was backed up all the way to the merge with the Dan Ryan Expressway.
