CHICAGO (CBS)-- Tuesday's rainy morning is just the start, snow and more rain are predicted throughout the week, including a rainy and snowy Halloween.

According to CBS 2 meteorologist Megan Glaros, the snow on Tuesday was primarily seen up in Rockford, Dekalb and McHenry. Rain continued in areas south and east. However, there is more to come.

After a wet morning, condition will get sunnier during the day.

The next round of rain and possible snow will be Wednesday into Thursday and then again Thursday into Friday.

Accumulation is possible, but totals are still hard to predict. Plus. the warm ground will likely cause the snowfall to melt fairly quickly.

Rain, snow and temperatures in the 30s are predicted for Halloween.
