Police: Slick Roads Cause Multiple Accidents Involving 12 Vehicles In Willowbrook
(CBS) -- Police say slick roads caused multiple accidents on Route 83 near I-55 in Willowbrook on Sunday afternoon.
Police say multiple accidents occurred at approximately 1:30 p.m. involving a total of 12 cars. The accident closed both northbound and southbound lanes of Route 83 at I-55 for about 45 minutes.
Police said no serious injuries were reported.
