Police: Knife-Wielding Robbery Suspect In Custody
(CBS) -- Chicago police say they have a suspect in custody in a series of knifepoint robberies in Chicago and the western suburbs.
He was taken into custody Wednesday at 1:10 p.m. police said. The say he is responsible for robbing a number of businesses at knife-point, most recently the Blue Jeans Bar in Lincoln Park Monday afternoon.
The suspect is also believed to have robbed another boutique, London Mondo, a Dunkin Donuts in Austin, the Green Goddess in Bucktown and a bagel shop in Elmwood Park last month.
