Chicago's Palmer House Celebrates Its 150th Anniversary With Tours, Never-Before-Seen Artifacts
CHICAGO (CBS) -- An iconic Chicago hotel celebrates its 150th anniversary Wednesday.
The Palmer House first opened in 1871, and it's one of the country's longest-operating hotels.
In honor of the big day, the hotel is hosting an open house where guests are invited into the historic lobby to experience a collection of artifacts.
