Man Critically Wounded In Back Of The Yards Shooting
CHICAGO (STMW) -- An assailant shot a man in the chest Sunday morning in the Back of the Yards neighbhorhood Sunday morning on the South Side.
It happened at 7:25 a.m. in the 4600 block of South Paulina Street, according to police News Affairs Officer Robert Perez.
The 30-year-old man was taken in critical condition to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County, according to Fire Media Affairs spokesman Quention Curtis.
Wentworth Area detectives are investigating.
