Male Shot At Hotel In Elgin

ELGIN, Ill. (STMW) -- A male was shot early Sunday at a hotel in northwest suburban Elgin.

Officers responded about 1:45 a.m. to a report of a male being shot in the parking lot of a hotel in the 500 block of Airport Road, Elgin police said.

He was hospitalized with non-life threatening gunshot wounds, Elgin police.

The shooting appears to be gang related, Elgin police said.
