Illinois State Police called for shots fired on Tri-State Tollway
JUSTICE, Ill. (CBS) -- Illinois State Police were called for shots fired on the Tri-State Tollway in the southwest suburbs late Thursday.
The shots were reported at 4:01 p.m. on southbound I-294 near the 88th Avenue overpass in Justice, according to Illinois State Police.
The southbound lanes were closed at the scene Thursday evening. All traffic was diverted off the Tri-State at 75th Street.
All lanes reopened at 7:55 p.m.
