Man arrested after home invasion in North Center
A man was arrested after a home invasion in Chicago's North Center neighborhood.
Chicago police said a 23-year-old woman told officers a man walked into her apartment through the front door in the 4200 block of North Lincoln Avenue around midnight.
Police said the man hit the woman in the head before running off.
The 36-year-old man was arrested nearby. Police said charges are pending.
Area Three Detectives are investigating.
