May 17, 1993 - "The Shot 2" by Michael Jordan

The Cleveland Cavaliers had seen this before.

The Shot 1 is the name of Michael Jordan's game-winning shot that knocked the Cavs out of the playoffs in Game 5 of the 1989 Eastern Conference playoffs. With time running out, Jordan hit a jumper that put the Bulls on top.

Jordan wasn't finished there, though.

The Shot 2 took place in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Semi Finals -- against those same Cavs -- with the Bulls leading the series, 3-0.

With the game tied at 101, Jordan missed his first attempt to put the Bulls ahead. Luckily for the Bulls, Craig Ehlo missed as well, giving the Bulls the ball with 18.5 seconds and the length of the court to go.

Jordan received the ball with about 10 seconds to play, got to the elbow and hit the game-winning shot that sent the Bulls to the Eastern Conference Finals, en route to the team's first-ever three peat.
