Doctors See Promise In New MS Treatment

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A promising treatment for multiple sclerosis and other disorders caused by immune system malfunctions has passed its first big test.

Dr. Stephen Miller, a professor of microbiology-immunology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Evanston, Ill., co-authored the study.
