CPD Officer Hit By Car In Logan Square; Driver Arrested
CHICAGO (CBS)-- A Chicago police officer was hit by a car on the northwest side.
Police said the driver drove through a barrier in the 2100 block of North Central Avenue, hitting the officer. The officer was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The 28-year-old male driver was arrested and police believe alcohol may have been involved.
