CPD Car Hit By Bullets On Southeast Side
CHICAGO (CBS)-- A Chicago police car was hit by bullets Wednesday night.
According to Chicago police, officers were responding to a call in an alley, in the 11300 block of S Avenue L, when a man approached the squad car and "got into a shooting stance."
Police said shots were fired by officers and no one was injured in the incident.
The man was taken into custody.
Area 2 detectives and the Civilian Office of Police Accountability are investigating.
