Prosecution rests in ComEd 4 trial
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Prosecutors rested their case in the ComEd 4 trial.
Four officials with ties to ComEd are accused of trying to bribe former Illinois House Speaker Mike Madigan for favorable legislation. Defense attorneys have said the four never crossed any legal lines.
