(CBS) -- The Chicago health department now says a meningitis outbreak is growing, and the city is expanding its recommendations for who should be vaccinated.
WBBM Newsradio's Steve Miller reports.
Last week, the Chicago Department of Public Health was recommending that gay or bisexual men be vaccinated for meningitis if they have anonymous sex partners or if they're HIV positive.
Now, the city says all men who have sex with men should be vaccinated.
A statement from the Chicago department of public health says that since the beginning of this month, there have been six confirmed cases of meningitis among men who have sex with men, with one fatality.
Five of the six cases are among Chicago residents. A possible seventh case is being investigated.
