CHICAGO (CBS) - It's Christmas day for Orthodox Christians.

While much of the western world celebrates Christmas on Dec. 25, Orthodox Christians follow the Julian calendar - marking the festival on Jan. 7.

There are an estimated 200 to 300 million people who identify as Orthodox Christians worldwide.
