Chicago: The 4th Best Sports City

The Sporting News has come out with their annual list of "Best Sports Cities" and once again Chicago cracks the top 5, this year coming in fourth.

Who ranks ahead of us?

Philadelphia (3rd), Boston (2nd) and Dallas (1st).

I'm not sure what Philadelphia has won in the last year to merit passing Chicago (who was #1 last year) but the list still puts The City of Brotherly Love ahead.

Boston winning the most recent Stanley Cup and Dallas having the 2011 NBA Championship as well as an a World Series appearance from the Rangers last year make them both obvious selections

Rounding out the top 10 were New York, Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Miami and Tampa/St. Pete.
