Bulls won't be filling the void with Jackson

Less than 24 hours following Vinny Del Negro's dismissal from the Bulls, Phil Jackson was asked about his interest in the vacant coaching position. Jackson immediately refuted the idea of returning to Chicago, telling the Tribune, "No, I'm not [interested], and I think it's a wonderful job for whoever takes it... it's a team on the rise, and they showed an ability to come back after a devastating first few months." Jackson's plans for next season remain a mystery as he has not yet committed to coming back to the Lakers. However, it appears that the Bulls do not even appear to be on his radar for the 2010-2011 season.
