Bulls Need Fast Starts, Especially On The Road
If the Bulls want to make a serious run at an NBA Title this season, they're going to have to win games on the road. And that's something they've struggled with this season.
"To win on the road you have to defend, rebound, be low turnover," Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau said. "And then you have to be inside-out unselfish."
Wednesday night's loss to the Charlotte Bobcats is a clear example of the road struggles the Bulls have been dealing with this season.
"They got whatever they wanted, to start the game," Thibodeau said of the Bulls' loss. "And now you're playing from a deficit and the important thing for them is they're playing with a lot more confidence and now your job is that much harder to slow them down."
So far this season, the Bulls are 25-13 overall, but only 8-10 away from the United Center, a trend that needs to change sooner rather than later.
