Boy, 14, Wounded In West Side Drive-By
(STMW) -- A 14-year-old boy was wounded in a Humboldt Park neighborhood drive-by attack Saturday night on the West Side.
He was standing with a group of people on a sidewalk about 10 p.m. in the 4000 block of West Potomac when a dark-colored car drove by and someone inside opened fire, according to Chicago Police.
The boy was shot in the right thigh and taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition stabilized, police said.
