Blackhawks Sign Goalie Jeff Glass To 2-Year Deal
(CBS) The Blackhawks have signed goalie Jeff Glass to a two-year contract that keeps him under team control through 2017-'18.
The 31-year-old Glass has a 5-4-1 record, 2.38 goals against average and .917 save percentage in 10 games with the AHL Rockford Icehogs this season. Glass played in the AHL from 2005-'09, then spent time in the Kontinental Hockey League in Russia from 2009-'16.
The Blackhawks host the Coyotes on Thursday night at the United Center.
