Blackhawks Sign F Brandon Segal
(CBS) The Blackhawks have signed Brandon Segal, according to the forward's Twitter account.
Segal wrote on Twitter Thursday that he had "signed with Chicago".
Segal has spent most of his career in the AHL since being drafted in the fourth round by the Nashville Predators in 2002. He has played in 92 NHL games with the Lightning, Kings and Stars. He has 11 goals and 11 assists in the NHL. 10 of those goals came in the last two seasons with the Stars.
