Asian American Pacific Islander Restaurant Week kicks off Friday
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Asian American Pacific Islander Restaurant Week starts today.
The event will feature 57 AAPI-owned restaurants in the Chicago area and will last through May 21.
In order for the eateries to qualify, they had to have at least one owner of Asian, Hawaiian, or Pacific Islander descent.
