Bears Sign DE Walker, Waive T Hendrickson
(CBS) The Bears have signed defensive end Derek Walker to a one-year contract and waived undrafted rookie tackle Tyler Hendrickson, the team announced Tuesday.
The 6-4, 270-pound defensive lineman spent the 2012 season with the Chicago Rush, recording five tackles, two sacks, four quarterback hurries and an interceptions.
Walker entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Seahawks in 2009 out of the University of Illinois.
