CHICAGO (STMW) - Police are asking for the public's help in trying to find a 15-year-old girl who has been missing from her Northwest Side home since Tuesday.

Kassandra Medina was last seen on Jan. 18, according to a missing persons alert from Chicago Police.

She is a 5-foot-2, 105 pound Hispanic girl, with brown hair and brown eyes, missing from the 4900 block of West Cuyler Avenue, the alert said.

When last seen she was wearing a Northface brand dark blue sweater, blue jogging pants, and gym shoes, the alert said.
