BOSTON (CBS) - The Financial Services Committee is holding a public hearing that will deal with a number of bills aimed at regulating ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. Ride-sharing companies have become a controversial service, as technology changes the way we operate in our day-to-day lives. Should companies like Uber and Lyft be regulated under the same system as taxis? Or do the rules need to evolve along with the technology and the demand?
