BOSTON (CBS) - President Obama's nomination for Supreme Court, Merrick Garland, seems to be a neutral choice to defuse any fighting with the Senate due to Garland's seemingly neutral mentality. New Hampshire Senator Kelly Ayotte has been outspoken about the choice and does not want to have hearings for the nominee. Judicial Crisis Network's Carrie Severino will be on the show tonight to once again to applaud the New Hampshire Senator and also to argue that he may not be as neutral as we're being told. Will Garland get his hearing? Are Senate members being too hard on the Garland? Should the people decide the next Supreme Court Justice?
