Rain, cloud cover moves out of Maryland Monday morning

After the rain clears out early Monday morning, we'll start the day with cloud cover but clearing skies are expected as the day progresses. Breezy conditions will persist even after the showers and storms exit the coast overnight, making for a blustery St. Patrick's Day across the region.
