Police to provide anti-theft devices to Hyundai owners residing in Baltimore County

Baltimore County Police have a plan to reduce the number of vehicles that are being stolen as part of a TikTok theft challenge targeting Hyundai and Kia vehicles: give out steering wheel locks, according to authorities.
