Hoodstock 23, an annual music fundraiser, returns to Baltimore Friday November 13
Unified Community Connections, a nonprofit supporting people with disabilities, will hold the annual grassroots music fundraiser, featuring live music from the ’60s and '70s as well as food, drinks, dancing, and a silent auction.
