Baltimore Buzz: Baltimore City firefighters help deliver baby boy

It was anything but a routine call on Tuesday evening when Baltimore firefighters and paramedics helped deliver a baby boy. The city's firefighters union said the newborn boy, Timothy, greeted them by peeing on them.
