Winter Lingers In Parts Of Md. For A Bit Longer
BALTIMORE (WJZ) —Some rain and sleet are expected in parts of Maryland. A Winter Weather Advisory has been posted for parts of Western Maryland until 6 p.m.
A Winter Storm Warning is also in effect in Garrett and extreme western Allegany counties until 8 p.m.

Monday morning:
Any wintry weather starts mixing with rain around Baltimore, but hangs on north and west of the city.
Monday during the day:
Warmer air will slowly spread up and over the state from the south, changing anything wintry over to rain.
Monday night:
Rain.
Accumulations:
Slushy coating possible on non-paved surfaces around Baltimore.
1-2" with sleet and rain mixed in for Washington, Carroll, Frederick, and maybe far northern Baltimore Counties
3-6" with sleet mixed in for Garrett and Allegany Counties
