Western Md. Man Fatally Shot; 3 Seen Leaving Scene
HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- Police in Hagerstown are reporting the fatal shooting of a man at his home on Linwood Road.
Authorities say three men were seen leaving the scene of the shooting early Monday morning.
Lt. Tom Langston says police responded to a report of shots fired at 5:20 a.m. They found Alfarad Evans, 35, lying in his bed with several gunshot wounds.
Evans was pronounced dead at the Meritus Medical Center.
Police say a female resident of the home wasn't hurt.
