WEATHER BLOG: Milder

Hi Everyone,

What a difference a day makes. The wind chill is gone, the actual chill is gone, and temps this afternoon will be above normal within arm's reach of 50. Tomorrow just as mild, and the same deal on Saturday. Sunday will be the day of transition back to the cold, but I will worry about that later.

Yesterday was enough to "stand you up" but check out this thought I had. I go rolling out of the gym about 2:30 and realized that the 27 degrees on my car thermometer, this time last year, would have been short sleeve weather. Remember the Polar Vortex? Heck it was so cold that when it got up to 15 degrees,  with no wind chill, I thought we were living large..VERY large. So yesterday, albeit 10+ degrees below normal , really was not all that bad.

47 today! Last year, on this date at 47 degrees,  people would have been out sunning themselves.

What a dif a year makes.
