WEATHER BLOG: It's Hot

Hi Everyone!

Let me tell you something you already know. It's hot. No surprises in the forecast..we will deal with a mini heat wave today and tomorrow, then a cold front comes in and our temps, under sunny skies, will drop back to the mid 80's. A few degrees below normal. in total the five day forecast is a great one. we just need to get by today, and tomorrow.

Getting by also means trying to find out the answer to that age old question, "Whats for dinner tonight?" We had this discussion on the air this morning. Either as couples, or as a single, that is usually the first decision to be made any day. And when it is this hot?

Linh rolled out the normal ladies take, a cool salad. But come on guys need to eat. (I wish I could eat a salad and be satiated tbh.)

I am thinking dinner will have to be room temp, or chilled. Ribs, potato salad, and cole slaw..maybe. Make some "Guac', chill it, grill some fish, let it cool to room temp, and make fish taco's..maybe.

But maybe just say heck with it and get a snow ball followed by a desert of ice cream. Guys gotta eat, it a fact of life.

However you play it stay cool. I will still take this over last Winter. Legit.
