With temperatures expected to be mostly in the middle and upper 30s, the wind is going to make it feel like it's in the teens Thursday morning and the 20s by the afternoon. Thursday night, the wind is expected to diminish, and cloud cover will ultimately determine how cold it can get, especially in most of those outlying areas.
For the Ravens game against the Steelers: it will be clear and cold with a kick-off temperature in the lower 30s and northwest winds averaging 8-16 mph.
As a high pressure system builds into the Eastern Region on Thursday night, Black Friday and on Small Business Saturday, it will be dry and unseasonably cold. Most night-time and early morning temperatures will be in the teens in the typically colder spots and the mid and upper 20s in most of the larger cities and towns north and west.
During the day, there will be a fairly modest uptick in the temperature Friday, and then most of Saturday's highs will either be in the upper 30s or lower 40s (the normal high and low are now 51 & 33).
A rather benign outlook for the remainder of the holiday weekend: bright and chilly.
