WATCH: 2nd Eaglet Hatching In D.C.
WASHINGTON (WJZ) -- The second of two baby eagles is hatching in Washington, D.C.
According to WUSA, the eaglet started the "pipping process" at 9 a.m. Saturday.
The first eaglet hatched just after 8 a.m. Friday.
