Teen Charged With Raping 9-Year-Old At State Fair Held Without Bail
TIMONIUM, Md. (WJZ) -- The teen charged with raping a 9-year-old girl at the Maryland State Fair last week is being held without bail.
According to the Baltimore County police, 17-year-old Jonathan Fleming is now being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center after his bail review hearing Monday.
Fleming, of Carroll County, is charged with raping a family friend Thursday on the state fairgrounds.
The victim is also from Carroll County and told police that Fleming had been forcing her to perform various sex acts several times a year when their families would travel together.
