Sen. Cardin To Address High School Commencement
BALTIMORE (AP) -- Sen. Ben Cardin will give the graduation speech to students of Achievement Academy at Harbor City High School in Baltimore on Saturday.
Achievement Academy is an alternative school that provides over-aged, under-credited students with an accelerated program and work-based learning curriculum.
There will be about 125 graduates who will receive a high school diploma and career technology education certification through the Career Research Development Program.
