Rockville Magic Shop Closing After 38 Years
ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) -- A Maryland magic shop that's been around since 1974 is doing its own disappearing act and closing its doors.
Saturday is the final day for Barry's Magic Shop in Rockville. The shop will be open until 6 p.m., and all merchandise is 50 percent off.
Owner Barry Taylor says in a letter posted on his website that his lease is up on Sunday. With his store closed he plans to focus on performing and creating new magic tricks.
