Prince George's Police Probe 3 Overnight Slayings
FORT WASHINGTON, Md. (AP) -- Prince George's County police are investigating three separate overnight killings.
Officers first responded to a report of gunshots in the 3900-block of Bexley Place in Suitland about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, where they found an unresponsive man suffering from gunshot wounds.
Less than two hours later, officers called to the 7200-block of Crafford Place in Fort Washington for another report of gunshots found a second unresponsive man.
Police say a third man was later found dead at Tucker and Palmer roads in Fort Washington.
Baxter says all three cases are being investigated as homicides, but there is nothing to suggest they are connected.
