TAKOMA PARK, Md. (AP) -- A woman's body has been found near a dumpster at a Montgomery County office complex.

Takoma Park Police Chief Alan Goldberg said Wednesday that 34-year-old Elena Gugicheva suffered stab wounds. The victim's body was discovered Tuesday morning by a maintenance worker.

Police say that Gugicheva had been trained as a paralegal and worked part-time in the office park.

Takoma Park detectives continue to work leads in the case. They said that anyone with information may call 301-270-1100.

This was the first slaying in Takoma Park this year.
