ELKTON, Md. (WJZ) -- Police in Elkton are searching for a missing at-risk 28-year-old man.

William Paul Acklin was last seen around 4:45 a.m. Friday in Kensington Courts off Whitehall Road, the Elkton Police Department said.

He was wearing a red shirt, dark pants and black shoes with a white sole.

Anyone who sees him should call 911.
