Police Find Elderly Man Suffering From Dementia
BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- City police have found an elderly Baltimore man who suffers from dementia.
Officers say 87-year-old William Hicks was last seen in the 200 block of Clinton Street Tuesday morning, but has since been found.
