Police Investigate Fatal Collision In Columbia
COLUMBIA, Md. (WJZ) -- Howard County Police responded to a single-vehicle collision early this morning on the Snowden River Parkway in Columbia.
Police say the 2013 Scion FR-S was heading northbound when the driver, Emmanuel Guillossou, 21, of Bethesda struck a tree and died around 7:24 a.m.
The investigation forced police to close the Northbound Snowden River Parkway for four hours.
Speed likely played a factor in the crash.
