Police ID Woman Found Murdered In Davidsonville Home
DAVIDSONVILLE, Md. (WJZ) -- There's new information on the woman found dead in her Davidsonville home. We now know the name of the woman found and police are still looking for suspects.

Anne Arundel County Police are now releasing the name of the woman found murdered inside her home on Royal Glen Court in Davidsonville.
"It's Nicole Burgess, from that address, a 37-year-old white female," police said.
Acquaintances of Nicole Burgess found the woman and a dog dead in the home around 11:30 a.m. Friday.
Police say Burgess lived at the home for years. They aren't saying how she died, but that she did suffer trauma to her upper body.
"Detectives are waiting to process the scene to collect any potential evidence and ultimately make a determination of what led to this incident," police said.
News of the murder has neighbors stunned.
"Awesome family, nice family. Very helpful. Just a very nice family," a neighbor said.
Neighbors tell WJZ the dog who was killed belonged to the victim and her boyfriend.
Anne Arundel County Police say the dog that was killed at the home could be used as key evidence for investigators.
Police are still trying to figure out who murdered Burgess and why.
"It's shocking because you don't expect that," a neighbor said.
Homicides on Royal Glenn Court are not common and people are still in disbelief of the crime scene that unfolded on their street.
"We've been here since '88. It's cool, calm, quiet. Never had any problems whatsoever. It's a shock. Weird," a neighbor said.
Anne Arundel County Police are asking anyone with information to contact the police department.
