Non-Fatal Shooting Suspect Caught on Camera
BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- Baltimore City Police need help identifying a gunman who they believe shot a man on September 27.
Around 12:54 p.m. that day, officers responded to the 3500 block of Woodland Avenue and located a 30-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds to his legs.
